Marianne was very courteous and helpful, not the least bit overzealous in the salesmanship part of things and very forthcoming in negotiations and pricing. We felt very much at ease. They had a gorgeous version but in a least preferred colour so we continued looking. Upon leaving (or attempting to) our old van wouldnt' start. The sales manager went and grabbed a service tech and he had us running again in literally seconds - loose wire - no charge. Grimsby Chrysler is a class act. A few months later, Mike contacted me to inform me a promotion had returned, and if I was interested. I checked the Dodge website, it was a unique promotion to this dealership. The timing was better as I need the vehicle more in the Spring/Summer. The van met my budget. Has all the features I need. The service was quick. There were no surprises, no hidden fees. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike, and Grimsby Chrysler. I have one closer to me, but at Grimsby Chrysler, the one on one rapport is there.
