Found and repaired the issue. After bringing it back twice and getting told two different stories, I brought my Jeep to Grimsby Chrysler. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and repair it. They let me know that the other dealership's tech had ruined a part on my vehicle while taking it off for the warranty work. With the information Grimsby's Mike Fox shared with me, I was able to go back to Unique and have them cover the cost of the repair. ($490.00) I highly recommend Mike Fox and tech Tyler. They understood my frustration and were open and honest in the diagnosis and repair. More
