Love the car, loved my purchasing experience more. I think for most people, venturing into a car dealership can be intimidating. It makes sense, it's a process that most of us do a handful of times in I think for most people, venturing into a car dealership can be intimidating. It makes sense, it's a process that most of us do a handful of times in our lives, and we realize that we have no real idea of how the process of a vehicle purchase really happens. For myself, I don't really like being in a position of "being at the mercy" of a process I don't understand, so to say that I approached the thought of a car purchase with a large dose of cynicism would be correct. This was my second purchase from Grimsby Chrysler, and I was happy with my last purchase, obviously seeing as I returned to purchase another vehicle. This time was different, I left my purchase experience feeling less like a customer, less like a sales number and more that I have a dealership I can work with in the coming years, and grow with as my vehicle needs change. Derrick and Lisa left me feeling that they were working on my behalf, that it wasn't just about making a sale. Honestly, the best experience ever... I just wish I had space to park more vehicles, so I could do it all over again. More

I told him the one that were a must have. He left for about 5mins and came back with a truck that was available gor them to bring to Grimsby it had everything I wanted. Saved the Day! We arrived at Grimsby Chrysler Dodge before it opened, without an appointment and with an emergency. While hauling horses to the U.S. our Dodge 3500 We arrived at Grimsby Chrysler Dodge before it opened, without an appointment and with an emergency. While hauling horses to the U.S. our Dodge 3500 started having engine troubles in Grimsby and needed immediate attention. Despite our messing up their busy service schedule, Jeff and the service team squeezed us in, took great care of us, and got us back on the road safely. It was quite an adventure unloading our trailer, horses and hay in the dealership parking lot. We owe Jeff and all of the service team and big thank you!! More
