This is the second time since I bought my vehicle, less than 5 years ago, that this has happened. Go somewhere else!!!! Taylor Chrysler in Hamilton (only a few extra minutes away) is very helpful and understanding. The employee I spoke to kept cutting me off when I was talking because he was "to busy" to help me. Try taking customer service classes. As someone who works for a road service company, CAA, I will recommend to all customers to avoid this dealership at all costs!!!! More

Last week after much thought..I purchased the new Ram from Mike..and after showing up unannounced ( on a Friday before a long weekend).to take delivery..I watched Him run around, unflustered and smiling all the way, while he delivered 2 other sales. While waiting I had the opportunity to observe a lot of the sales/support staff, it was amazing to watch everyone seemed so relaxed and genuinely concerned with the customers. At one point Dave was on the floor consulting with a customer..and was so comforting and understanding of their concerns! I'm 65 years old and have purchased over 150 vehicles in the last 45-50 years..and visited hundreds of dealerships, was a Mechanic for years..and Service Manager for major dealers in the GTA for many more..and can say I have never saw such genuine people as are employed at this Store!
