I noticed that the invoice seemed to have overbilled me for three hours worth of labour. Once I pointed this out to Shane, he apologized for the error and refunded me the full three hours. Shane wanted to demonstrate his approach to customer service and take care of the matter quickly and with a future service coupon to boot! Class act! Excellence in Customer Service While driving on the highway last summer we experienced an increasing vibration in the floor of our vehicle. We left the QEW and saw the dealership. They took us in immediately on a Friday just before 5 pm and let us know all wheel lugs were' hand' loose. They tightened them and advised us to drop by in a month for a check/re-tighten. They did not charge us a cent. - this was our first visit as we do not live in the area- We were so grateful they could take time to check the problem and could not believe no charge!! We highly recommend this dealership and only wish we lived closer so we could go there ourselves. More
