I did have to ask for an alternative which ended up being new tires. I think that if there is any question whether the tires might not pass a safety the dealership should replace immediately rather than leave them on the vehicle. That was the case with mine which he said may or may not pass a safety. Overall Steve has been friendly, helpful and responsive to all emails. Other issues were resolved somewhat quickly but I do take issue with one experience with my brakes. They were noisey from the start even though a new set was put on. Brought it back for service at my appointed time. HOWEVER! I ended up waiting 2 hours for service because the manager or owner(?) had a customer emergency with a vehicle she apparently needed to drop off right away. So, I was pushed back without any advance notice which I would have gladly waited at home for until ready. Instead I was stuck (30 min from home) waiting. The next time I came in, I again wasn’t told that the mechanic had gone home 2 hours earlier for an emergency and I would have to come back next day. As it turned out, I misheard my appointment time over the phone as was too late anyway. But I was told this mechanic by law(?) or policy(?) has to be the one to service the brakes. So I think all of that could have been avoided 2 hours earlier with a phone call. So, in short I think they should definitely tighten up customer communication in the service department. More

I had been searching for a vehicle for over a month religiously and found just the right one at their dealership. I pretty much did the whole deal via emails and phone calls as I live almost 3 hours away. Once I arrived in person, the vehicle was exactly as promised and pictured and best of all it was at least $3-4K cheaper than any other dealer around. They were great in answering all of our questions and delivering the vehicle in a timely manner. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you should definitely check them out. Very straightforward and honest. More

Was told that as a 1 year old used vehicle, it came with some extended warranties, including paint and fabric protection. There was an issue with some rust on the hood as well as some small dings. Also had some white residue on seats that needed to be cleaned. Was told that the warranty work had to be submitted to Chrysler upon delivery and that the repair could take 4 to 6 weeks for approval. Upon delivery, pictures were taken to be submitted to Chrysler and I was told extended warranty info would be mailed to me. I started contacting Steve the last week of June and was told he would look into warranty repairs and the info that had still not been mailed. After a few more emails, including one where I copied the dealer principle, I still had no updates, I contacted Mike on August 4th, in service to inquire. Mike responded promptly, that my van was in line to be repaired, but they have one bay, and are way behind. I still have received no warranty paperwork in the mail, nor received any updates on my service date. So I wait..... More
