I phoned the service department to get my 2012 Jeep in for service , the dealer said I could bring it asap . Took the Jeep in at 7:30 am the work was finished at 1:00 Pm . The service kept me waiting another 20minutes to get my keys to leave whilst he checked in 3 other customers. I feel he could have quickly passed the keys & paperwork to the cashier in service, then did hi keys to leave whilst he checked in 3 other customers. I feel he could have quickly passed the keys & paperwork to the cashier in service, then did his detailed intake of new customers. Shouldn’t you finish with the First customer, getting him happily on their way before starting on a new client! More
