Rob investigated the complaint from October 1 February 4, 2024. The complainant received an email from the new General Manager Rob Bertschi at GWC. Rob investigated the complaint from October 16, 2023, as per the review dated February 4, 2024. David Elgie then connected with the complainant via telephone to resolve the concerns. Rob compensated the 2 shifts the complainant could not book at work due to having to return the vehicle to GWC, and for the appointment at Leduc Chrysler. Rob has righted a wrong that occurred before his time at GWC. Thank you, Rob! More
