Fantastic! We were travelling and had car troubles with our Dodge Journey. We googled dealerships near us, and had the fantastic luck of finding this dealer. We didn't have an appointment, but they worked us in, and got us fixed up with a fairly major repair. Service didn't have any loaners left, but Sales jumped in and got us a loaner vehicle so we were not stuck while in Edmonton. The service and staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH at Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone we dealt with was super from the reception people in Service, to the service technicians, to the sales staff - you can't go wrong here! More

This lead to a letter from management stating my warranty will be void if I go else where!! I've been going to Greatwest since 1991 and have bought many vehicles from Bart and his team. But have seen it not the same place I had first enjoyed going to there is still some employees that make it great and go out of there way to help you Magan in service is fantastic and Vern is alway so helpful and takes the time to help. I've always told friends about the dealership just wondering if I still will... I looked at new truck only to show if to my husband and the price was cheaper on website then what was quoted removed quickly as I phoned. More
I’ve just experienced the best customer service at this dealership and wished to give feedback. I worked with Cindy Bray and Vinny Sachdeva who both went above and beyond in order to help me. In the end, I dealership and wished to give feedback. I worked with Cindy Bray and Vinny Sachdeva who both went above and beyond in order to help me. In the end, I had a a recall on my vehicle addressed and since the vehicle is still under warrantee, the dealership made $0 on me today. However, Cindy spent over an hour on the phone acquiring information that would help me decide whether it would best for me to sell my car, trade it in, or keep it. Ultimately, I decided to keep my car. But if I need another car, I will certainly be coming back to talk to Cindy and Vinny again! Great job Great West Chrysler!! From a very happy customer. More
WILL NOT WARRANTY RECALL MESS UP went in to have them look at my vehicle in which they did a timing recall on a few years back, since they have done the recall there has been major vi went in to have them look at my vehicle in which they did a timing recall on a few years back, since they have done the recall there has been major vibrations coming from the engine. the plus have been done and i have a service folder on everything that has been done since new. i was pretty much told that i have to pay a diag fee for them to look at it when i know what the issue is. i was also pretty much told to fix it myself purchase tool needed to check timing. it has been looked at by mechanics who do not work at great west and i have been advised that timing is most likely out. funny how i didn't have these issues until i went in for a recall. will never go there again. will be escalating this to chrysler canada as i shouldn't have to take time out of my day constantly to fix a screw up. i understand that there has been some time and km in between visits but when i have maintenance records for all work done and no time to be taking vehicles in a for follow up work when the job should be done right the first time it is frustrating as all xxxx More

I bring the van for services and the service person told me that it's always the issue of the caravan, when I get the van the noise is still there, then for the second time I bring the van again for service same issue, the person from service department told me that they do there best but they can't find out or they can't fix why there's a noise in the area that I'm complaining. So until now I'm using the van everyday it's so annoying the noise that I hear in the van, it's just frustrating that I'm paying for the van but I'm not satisfied of what's happening in my car. Our other car from other company we didn't have any issue and it's already 6 years to us. And the caravn it's just 2 years but there's lot of issue. So sad More

Bjorn from service put me in touch with Eden and we found a suitable replacement and got me back on the road in a couple of days. LIke most garages the service cost was pricey but they gave me a fair trade in value and I think the purchase of the new Caravan was fairly priced. BUY New sell used I would recommend purchasing new vehicals as the sales and management are freindly and try to work with you. However once the vehicals is older and you need repairs the service department is not equip with enough knowledgeable staff in electrical last 2 years told they only have one guy in that department. Apparently they now charge 157 fee that you pay in case they don’t find anything. Say What? If they do find you will be refunded she said. Ok so my cat made terrible noise on cold start when idling it shook like a xxxxxxx. Just got a call and was told that they test drove it yesterday nothing, and today they heard it at start up test drive and found a bolt missing I have extended warranty but not covered. Anyway I asked how long it took them she said about 20 min so ok 20 today I assume mb 20 yesterday and they replaced bolt. Still the fee I did not go down lol Pricey. I hope this is truly what is wrong with it as I had past experiences with up to 3 weeks to find an issue was a broken breather from oil change. Yet paper work and techs kept saying needs oil change. Hello sticker on the window that they had put there said I did not need for 8 tho km 3 -4 vehicals purchased from this comp but first time we kept past the 80 tho warranty. My husband is an mechanic but had no time to look at my renegade . I can’t wait till he goes in to pay that price for a bolt! Haha The service gals are awsome when you go to pay or make appointments in fact they are the only reason I keep taking my car to them instead of other dealerships. Lack of Follow up After several recalls (one for the tail gate latch being replaced) on our 2017 Ram 1500, we had an issue with our tail gate letting go twice while dri After several recalls (one for the tail gate latch being replaced) on our 2017 Ram 1500, we had an issue with our tail gate letting go twice while driving and damaging our vehicle. When we brought it in to the service department to have it assessed, the service manager told us he thought a blunt object had fallen on the vehicle from above. We were pretty offended at his comment, basically telling us he thought we had lied about how the damage occurred. We had arranged to see him a second time, but the service manager was not available at the pick up time we had arranged. We sent an email to Aaron Hutton at the dealership, who we had been in contact with and had helped coordinate the meeting, with no response. We then reached out to Chris Lakusta, the GM, also via email, again with no response. After that we had another recall for our 2011 Caravan and brought both to the Grove Dodge dealership where the service manager there (we did not get his name) took the time to meet with us, look at our vehicle and explain the situation, as he saw it, with courtesy and respect. He offered the name of a body shop that could help us repair the damage at a fair price. We appreciated his help and second opinion. Extremely surprised at Great West's poor customer service after being treated very well at the time of purchase with Imi in sales. More
