Worst service ever. Had my vehicle in twice & paid both times and they fixed nothing. Then same problem now service advisor and shop foreman told me take truck where I bought. I thought if you have warranty you can take any dodge dealer for fix the vehicle. While we haven’t had to have any post purchase support from the dealer, the purchasing process was perfect, deal was reached quickly and was very good price without much negotiation/haggling. Had a great experience with this dealership and our salesman Noah. Vinny and Noah were extremely helpful, understanding and fun to deal with. They did everything they could to ensure myself and 4 month salesman Noah. Vinny and Noah were extremely helpful, understanding and fun to deal with. They did everything they could to ensure myself and 4 month old were happy and comfortable during the whole process. We had great conversations, and enjoyed the time we spent there. I picked my vehicle up the same day and booked it in for a tire swap and detail a few days later. They were very accommodating and came to my work to pick up my vehicle and drop it off before my day was done. I am incredibly satisfied with the dealership and all employees that I spoke to. More
