From 1st sitting down with Eden to the completion of the deal was most enjoyable vehicle buying experience I ever had. From 1st meeting Eden, she sat and listened to what I WANTED. WOW! No interrupting, no up selling, Eden just listened and occasionally asked questions to my specific needs as I explained what I needed. Eden showed me a couple of trucks and she was able to find my specific truck right down to the color and options. Sitting and talking with Eden was so relaxing it was actually quite a joy to buy a vehicle again. We were looking for a well-equipped Pacifica minivan at a reasonable price. It was refreshing to be able to tell Vinny what we wanted and to get straight up answers on what he could do to meet each of our criteira, what it would cost, and what discounts he could provide at each step. Where needed, he pulled in his manager who came to meet us in person and, like Vinny - told us straight up what he could do in a laid-back, non-pushy manner. While dealers can only go so far with dropping the base price of the vehicle, there is a lot they can do to raise the value you get via additional options and fee adjustments. Vinny did all of the above and so we drove away feeling we got a solid deal. PS. The deal took three months to close because of the COVID disruption. Throughout all that time Vinny stayed in touch with us but did not once try to pressure us to hurry along. More

CJ Looked Out for me like Family Buying a first car can be an intimidating process, but even more so when you are a young female who has a limited knowledge of both cars and finance. Buying a first car can be an intimidating process, but even more so when you are a young female who has a limited knowledge of both cars and finance. However, CJ was able to greatly ease the process for me so I could focus on being more excited than stressed. CJ was very diligent in understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle and how that matched up with what I needed based on my circumstances and financial situation. During small talk I had mentioned briefly that I was a newly graduated university student with hopes to move to Vancouver in the future. CJ had remembered those details from the small talk and brought them up when discussing what would actually make sense with my commute, student loans, etc. CJ explained the car buying and financing process to me thoroughly so I had a holistic end to end understanding of what I was getting myself into. CJ was sure to ask me questions when he noticed certain terms may not have been sticking with me to ensure I was actually retaining the information he was providing. Usually when it comes to anything to do with cars, I have an older family or friend who is more knowledgeable in that area take care of that for me. This was such a great buying experience for me because I felt independent in this buying process doing it on my own, but CJ still looked out for me as any of my other family members I usually consult would have.
