Disappointed Brought my jeep in for the first time and chose the closest service department to my residence. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait for an "advisor" although there were no other vehicles in line. Service "ladies/advisors" are not professionally dressed. Ragged t-shirts, leggings and tops that barley cover their chest. I waited for vehicle as requested and they only took 1 1/4 hrs. the job requested was simple, 5 tire rotation and oil change. Tires were not checked for air, hence i drove home with my spare 20lbs less than required. My oil change, well lets say jeep is leaking, and they couldn't even be bothered to reset the oil change monitor on the steering wheel. Needless to say I wont be coming back for service. More
