Excellent service, great people to deal with I decided it was time to trade in my Dodge Journey and get a truck I went to a couple of dealerships and was very dissatisfied with what they offered I decided it was time to trade in my Dodge Journey and get a truck I went to a couple of dealerships and was very dissatisfied with what they offered and how much they did not want to negotiate. I looked on line and found a truck of interest at Great West Chrysler I called and talked to the salesman Whitroy and set up an appointment, I arrived the truck was ready for me to view, we took it for a drive and he worked with me to get a fair trade in value for my vehicle and a price I was comfortable with on the "new to me" used truck. Once we were finished he handed me off to their Fiance Department and I was able to complete my application with Tammy, excellent experience, made me feel comfortable and the whole process was fun and relaxed. I highly recommend checking out Great West when you decide its time to purchase a vehicle. More

Very patient with a senior I am a repeat customer for sales (& service) need I say more. Also I was not "in need" of a new car as my old car was in the Service Dept. for tire r I am a repeat customer for sales (& service) need I say more. Also I was not "in need" of a new car as my old car was in the Service Dept. for tire repair. This meant that a new car had to have everything I would want before I bought and this one did. Josh went the whole 9 yards to find the exact vehicle for me. The price and financing options were also good. overall happy i came in upset as I was picking up my van, the AC went and was going to take over a month to get the part.
