Rather than making my experience exceptional I found it was the opposite. As soon as I decided on what vehicles I wanted to look at the sales representative focused on the most expensive one and recommended me to stay with that one. After I thought the test drive went well and I came to sign some paperwork to advance the process because I needed a vehicle, the member of finance were like bickering children trying to get their commission from me. At this point I should have walked away and went some where else. I felt so much pressure to stay and when I told them I needed time to think about the purchase before continuing the process but they didn't want me to go. I started getting phone calls at work pressuring me to come back sooner. All in all I was severely upset with how I was being treated, I felt I was noting except some extra commission. I expressed my concern to the sales manager about this but he seemed disinterested and actually annoyed that I was some how wasting his time. When I expressed the concern over the cost he gave me a sob story about how inconvenient it was to have a cabin and a boat. I was furious at this point that some one was more concerned about his own problems then trying to rectify a concern of a customer. All in all I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, I felt used and taken advantage of. Buying a car should be an enjoyable experience not a test of frustration. More

We purchased the vehicle with a protection package (undercoating, pai My significant other has come in to trade in 2 vehicles and get a 2015 ram 1500. We purchased the vehicle with a protection package (undercoating, paint protection,fabric protection). The protection package was NOT done at all. The undercoating was completely missed. The vehicle was still just as dirty as when we brought it back to get the services done meaning the paint protection was missed and the interior was untouched. Some of the staff is very rude. Such incompetence is unacceptable. I don't recommend people to buy from here. More

Poorest service Bought my car two years ago from them and few months later came in for service and asked why my steering wheel was shacking, they didn't do anything. Last year did a brake inspection and they still said nothing was wrong, just took to another dealer and they did another brake inspection because I was tired of the problem not being dealt with, they found the problem and more. So never doing anymore services with great west because they never listen to the customer. More

Bas Service Experience I had very bad experience with Great West Chrysler. My car had a minor exterior damage. Their service reps tricked me into a repair work for an estima I had very bad experience with Great West Chrysler. My car had a minor exterior damage. Their service reps tricked me into a repair work for an estimated cost of $150. After I handed over my car this was increased to $1,300 - what I promptly rejected. For the “diagnosis and administration” I still had to pay $90. Money wasted for nothing. This is a routine scam by their skilled staff. It’s a clear case of aggressive profiteering and unfair business practice. Do not take your car there or be prepared to get mugged!!! More
Won't come back here! Well we came in to trade in our van for a Ram truck. We were met by Eden and pulled into her office to make a deal. She suggested a "demo" model she has been driving around for a few months so we took it out and drove it around. I liked it and decided we would try for that vehicle. We did the paperwork and she shook our hands saying congratualtions!!! - like it was a done deal and we'd be driving away in no time. We then talked to a fellow in the finance department and awaited our answer as we had lunch. After about an hour and a half Eden said finance was still working on it so we decided to go home and she said she would phone us with an answer. 3:30 pm rolled around and no phone call so I decided to call her since she said she was leaving at 3:30. I asked reception if she was still there and was greeted with a rude "I don't know". I was then routed to her office phone with no answer. I tried calling her on her personal cell phone and was directed to her mailbox. I then tried calling the finance department for answer and left a message for the guy we were dealing with to call me. No phone call came back. Its been 3 days now and no calls, no emails...nothing. With service like that we went to Crosstown and were treated like real, live customers and bought a new Ram. Rude reception, treated like a no body and just plain ignored.....won't be going back to Great West! More

Great...until I had a question AFTER the deal was done I was actually impressed with our purchasing experience at first. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. The management was nice to deal with, even during the price negotiation song and dance. We purchased a jeep rubicon that I love, for a price I feel was fair. All was excellent, until I had a question after the deal was done and the jeep was home. Turns out that the soft top was partially installed under the hard top (it actually says clearly in the owners manual not to drive the vehicle this way), and the hard top had to be completely removed in order to disassemble the soft top. We thought the soft top was just sitting across the back, not installed. It was clear when I purchased the vehicle that I needed the cargo space for sports bags, but with the soft top blocking the back door, I was unable to use the vehicle as I needed to. Driving the jeep with the soft top installed this way was also causing rubbing on the outer casing for the top. I sent a polite email asking if it was possible for them to assist me in the removal of the soft top if I stopped by, but I received no response. Considering how much we spent, the fact that the salesperson knew I needed access to the cargo hold, and the fact that we have two teenagers of driving/vehicle purchasing age, I didn't feel that this was a lot to ask. Unfortuantely the salesperson seems to have forgotten that people will refer based on the whole experience, including after-sale care. Once they have your money, you are no longer important. If you want to feel as though your dealership appreciated your sale, shop elsewhere. More
