Find countless vehicles that look like what you are looking at, email the So his is what purchasing a car using the internet as a resource is like. Find countless vehicles that look like what you are looking at, email the dealers, hear back really quickly that yes the vehicle is still available and asking you to come by and see it. You book some time slots and are always told the vehicle will be ready for you when you get here. Then you spend a couple of weekends going to all the dealers who have the car in stock that they show on their site all ready for you to test drive. Of course, expect that at least 75% of the vehicles will be "sold" and delivered even within hours of being told it is available. Thankfully they always have several more just like it for you to look at. If they do happen to have the one in stock that you inquired on "ready for you to test drive" is code language for out in the back 40 stuck in a corner somewhere. Then you stumble on an ad from Great West Chrysler, Car looks interesting so you inquire. Not surprisingly you hear back quickly...This time from a sales person by the name of Eden....but something seems different, not only does the reply seem genuine but it is not chalk full of spelling errors and answers your questions in a super cohesive professional manner. So...You book an appointment and she confirms back saying the vehicle will be ready when you get there. You show up half an hour early and there it is, parked in front of the showroom, ready to go. Ok...something is really different here.......Eden actually did exactly what she said she would do....Then off for a test drive with her.....Again super professional, not only did she know the vehicle inside and out but rather than spend an hour telling me everything about the vehicle she asked me what was important to me and then took the time to go over the features of the vehicle that made a difference to me, not the ones that did not. Test drive done, Vehicle exactly as described on the internet, presented in a way by Eden that tells me she has either received a ton of training or is naturally gifted when it comes to communication. Purchased the vehicle, took it home and all is well. Bottom line, if you are looking for a professional dealership, a first class environment to purchase a vehicle in and prefer to deal with a world class sales rep, then Contact Eden at Great West, you will not be disappointed. Took that car in to get the winter tires on and while I was waiting I got swarmed by salesmen. I stupidly got conveinced to buy a brand new car and as soon as I got home I had instant buyers remorse. They did not unwind the deal for me so now I'm stuck with this car. And to make matters worse I just looked in my bank account and saw that they still took out the car loan payment from my old car I traded in. I have to parents that were going to buy their cars there in 2016 but not anymore.... More
