Scott Tutty was able to turn that around for me by delivering excellent customer service and reconcile my relationship with this dealership. He was very well educated in all of the vehicles that I was interested in and was patient with all of my questions throughout the long Saturday afternoon. He got me into a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited with all of the bells and whistles, and I couldn't be happier! I never thought that I would have been back to Great West to purchase another vehicle, but they showed me that they have really turned things around for the better. More

Great dealership I was searching for trucks online for my Dad and found a great deal on Rams at Great West Chrysler. We explained our situation with my dad's current v I was searching for trucks online for my Dad and found a great deal on Rams at Great West Chrysler. We explained our situation with my dad's current vehicle for trade and the Internet Sales Manager, Shawn Shute, very quickly responded to our inquiry. A few days later we met, walked through the lot and found the vehicle that my Dad was looking for. GWC was quick to get the truck in their shop to get a whole list of accessories installed on the truck that we liked. Mike Huffman, Director of Finance, clearly laid out the financing options and thoroughly explained additional coverage options (such as the 3m paint protectant film, which I would recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle!). My dad has purchased over 80 new vehicles in his lifetime and says that this was definitely one of the best dealership experiences he has had. We definitely recommend contacting Great West Chrysler and Shawn when shopping for vehicles. More
