These were a group of professionals who operate in and encourage a no hassle, no pressure, service oriented dealership. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Everything was made clear, transparent and explained to me in detail. After a conversation with Sales Manager Shawn Shute, he matched my car needs and desires to the right vehicle (on the 1st try!!), then it was a pleasure to deal with Sal Pisani and Phil Nguyen the Finance Managers to get the deal finalized.
