I would highly recommend Great West if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle. They made the whole process very enjoyable. Honestly, the staff that works there are nice, but it's their job to be nice. At first it sounded like I might be able to get what I really needed in a vehicle, both price wise and features. However, I wil their job to be nice. At first it sounded like I might be able to get what I really needed in a vehicle, both price wise and features. However, I will end up paying almost $69.000 for a vehicle that I like but don't love, for a grand total of $98.000 for a very basic suv. I do appreciate their work on getting me approved for a vehicle when I desperately needed it, but unfortunately I was desperate. I just wish that I was told these numbers when they tell you that you are approved, and it's my fault for not having asked that question. Vineet was my sales dealer, very nice, kind and professional, he tried his best to help me and accommodate me, and I understand that he would have done more if he could, unfortunately he doesn't make the final decisions and approvals on extra features and numbers, he was amazing but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the company/dealership he works for. I probably won't recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues. More

Purchase of a 2020 Nissan Rogue Shawn Shute takes the stress out of buying a vehicle. The process exceeded my expectations. All information was presented clearly and upfront. He advised us that the owner stress out of buying a vehicle. The process exceeded my expectations. All information was presented clearly and upfront. He advised us that the owner of Great West Chrysler also owns the nearby Nissan dealership, thus I felt comfortable in purchasing this vehicle from a non Nissan dealership. I was impressed by his effort in making a video of this SUV as it was just listed and no visual media was available yet. When I arrived for the test drive, the SUV was washed, detailed and pulled up front ready for inspection. Shawn hits all the marks of an amicable sales person. He shared his knowledge of his years with the car dealership. He offered to let us take the car for an overnight test drive which allowed us to be sure of this SUV and it sealed the deal. More

The single best experience with a car salesperson and at a dealership is going to be with Shawn Shute at Great West Chrysler! I was forced to go through the process of buying a car after my vehicle was de a dealership is going to be with Shawn Shute at Great West Chrysler! I was forced to go through the process of buying a car after my vehicle was deemed a total loss from an accident I wasn’t at fault for. After nearly 3 months, over 12 dealerships in 2 cities, and countless emails, texts, and calls over various SUVs I found the perfect (blue) SUV listed at Great West Chrysler. The standout experience I had working with Shawn and his exceptional customer service was recognized from the very first email sent as he was friendly and not overly sales-y or pushy. He recorded a personalized walk through video of the vehicle for me which allowed me to view it before making the trip up from Calgary. But the key aspect was that he did everything he could to work within the strict cash budget I had as the majority of payment would be from the insurance payout. The entire sales process was seamless and my experience with the Finance Manager Eden was amazing as she was so friendly and helpful. She outlined all the available packages at prices normally reserved for customers paying through financing and although I didn’t opt for any of them she made sure I was well informed. I’ll be singing praises about my experience at this dealership and with the exceptional staff for a good long while! More
