Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was due to the warranty, packages were not similar to those offered by other places and I wasn't able to obtain the 'fine print' for it. More

He answered all my questions and concerns and found the vehicle right for me. He was outgoing and well versed in his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. When I arrived at the Dealership, he was the first person to approach me and inquire if I needed assistance- He didn't "pounce" on me which was a relief, he simply struck up a conversation with me and guided me around the showroom to look at vehicle options that would suit me well. I was undecided on the Cherokee Sport versus the Grand Cherokee- He was honest and knowing what I needed, he advised me to get the Cherokee Sport instead of the bigger Grand Cherokee- This made me realize that he wasn't just in it to sell me a vehicle, he wanted to ensure that I picked what was right for me and I appreciate it that. Mr. Shute was very accommodating, and he knew the product inside out, which was a welcome change from some of the other salespeople I met in different dealerships. This guy is one of those rare salespeople that will answer all your questions, including the technical ones. Most others could not tell me what is the axle ratio on the truck, and all they could explain is how to use apps on an 8" screen. This guy can do both, in a friendly and honest matter. I see no reason why I would by Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram anywhere but here. More
