The dealership itself was not entirely willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle, although it was "on sale" from the original dealer retail cost. I decided to start looking at new vehicles because I had been driving mine for several years, and I felt that I was going to need to purchase somethin I decided to start looking at new vehicles because I had been driving mine for several years, and I felt that I was going to need to purchase something newer within the next year. Having been a sales person myself for several years, and having a Type A personality, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, and sometimes a little impatient. Eden Donahue and Mike in finance took all of my anxiety away. I told them what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay, and they took care of the rest. Not once did they ever try to "sell" me, and what's more, they listened to every single word I said, and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. I got a great price, an AMAZING vehicle, and I have absolutely no buyer's remorse. I highly recommend considering Great West Chrysler for your next vehicle purchase, and definitely ask for Eden and Mike! More

Terrible, stay away from this dealership and service departm Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy v Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy vehicle while our vehicle was in for MULTIPLE recalls and other servicing. Getting a courtesy vehicle or loaner was a fight EVERY time. Service workers feed you condescending bs like how these vehicles are not made for Edmonton weather etc. Do not deal with these con artists!!! More

For the past six weeks, my husband and I had been on the fence about buying a new vehicle. As we watched the life slowly dwindle out of our much-loved but very tired 1998 Nissan Pathfinder, this week we finally bit the bullet. We did our research, put on our shoes and went out to buy a new truck (Ram, natch). We were primed and ready; we wanted a truck, this was happening. We marched into our local dealership and practically threw ourselves at the sales guy: "we come bearing cash - let us take your 2016!" And then... nothing really happened. We sat around for three hours trying to buy a truck while our sales rep made multiple trips to the manager, returning each time with big talk and no movement on the price. Every trick, every line - it was like being stuck in an endless loop of Glengarry Glen Ross and not even getting to deal with Alec Baldwin. As we reached the limits of our budget, I reached the limits of my patience. We gave him our final offer. It was reasonable. He left, came back 20 minutes later with a big smile, said "good news!" and presented an offer $2000 below ours. On a completely different vehicle. Nope. No thanks. Good day, sir. That night, I browsed the internet and found the truck that got away and a few others that looked good. My husband, disgusted, had delegated the hunt to me, so I clicked some buttons and then went to bed. I vowed not to waste any time in the morning. I had things to do and I don't even like shopping, unless it's for shoes. In the morning I reluctantly checked my phone to see what the day would bring. Just then, it rang. That's when I met Eden Donahue. Right away, I had a good feeling. She was friendly and upbeat and at the same time I could tell that she is a person who knows how to Get. Stuff. Done. I explained the situation, told her I wasn't willing to come to the dealership in person unless and until we could agree on a price. She said she'd see what she could do and call me back. Before noon, we had reached an agreement- the same agreement I had been trying to make the night before. On the same truck. Right price, right truck, right person, right dealership- it all fell into place! That's no coincidence. This woman is good at her job. When we went to pick up the truck, things just got better. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating and made things as smooth as possible. We've only bought one other vehicle from a dealership, and that experience was meh- not bad, but not great. I never really understood the concept of loyalty to a car dealership or a salesperson, figured it was pretty much the same everywhere you went. After today, I think I get it. My husband agrees, and the truck is amazing. I would recommend this dealership, and Eden Donahue specifically, to anyone who is serious about making a deal and doesn't have time to play games. More
