Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Was I ever gouged! My 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel showed a CEL and ETC codes. I cleared the codes myself. It took 10 secs. Codes came back so I knew something was wrong but My 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel showed a CEL and ETC codes. I cleared the codes myself. It took 10 secs. Codes came back so I knew something was wrong but wasn’t sure what. I figured it could be related to the Cold Air Intake I recently installed. I wanted to take it to Derrick Dodge which I’ve always trusted but it was too far away for me to take a chance. Therefore, I took it to Great West. Later during the day, I received a call from Service. I was told I forgot to put a 3” hose clamp on my cold air intake. I thought oh well, put one on. I ended up paying $435! I asked for an oil change at the same time. They wanted $290! I had it done at Lube City for $114. I was recommended to do a Fuel Filter replacement. I agree it had to be done but they wanted almost $500! They claimed they also had to service the throttle body for carbon buildup ect, reason why it was so expensive. The truck only has 12k! I ended up buying a Fuel Filter from Parts Source for $33 and had it installed for $39.99 by Lube City. Gouging people like this is outrageous. Thankfully I have good mechanic knowledge I can avoid being ripped off. However, how about people who have no clue? This is shameful to run a business this way. I paid the hefty bill, I licked my wounds and I will never be back again. More

When I came in to take it the following day, she was in the middle of dealing with another customer so Andy swapped my plates, ran me through a more in-depth description of the features and sent me on my way. I appreciated that Eden didn't drop her current customer to deal with me (I had shown up about half an hour early) and liked the seamlessness with which Andy took over. I won't shop anywhere else! I had been out all week to different dealerships with a certain type of vehicle in mind. I pulled into Great West (was going to drive around the lot to see if I could find what I had in mind...so I didn't have to talk to anyone again). Clint was out of the building before I could even window shop, so instead I parked my car. To my surprise he was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I told him I already had a vehicle in mind that I had seen on the website. A 2016 Jeep Patriot anniversary edition. The preference of course is to sell from their own lot, but I didn't feel pressured. They didn't have that model on site, but quickly searched for one and found it. I was shopping with my daughter and grand daughter. (it makes for a little extra work with a baby) He didn't mind that we had to load a baby and baby stuff into the test car. It was also my first time car shopping without my husband present. We made the whole deal, husband came by and signed the papers...bam, new car. I received exactly what I wanted for my trade in with no back and forth offers. And my new vehicle is awesome and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Clint. More
