I had been considering a new vehicle for about a month and had done a bit of searching around and luckily found Andy to assist me with my Jeep purchas I had been considering a new vehicle for about a month and had done a bit of searching around and luckily found Andy to assist me with my Jeep purchase :-) He assisted me in getting my new Jeep Cherokee and was amazing and available answering all questions and concerns I had and I received what I consider a very fair price on my trade-in - even came in on his day off to meet with me. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and friendly, there was no pressure, and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was quite calm and friendly - which was wonderful! When I picked up my new vehicle they ensured that the registration process was done for me and my Jeep was polished and beautiful. Bought a Jeep I just bought vehicle from Imi Merali and I had great experience. Imi found exact options I being looking for in a vehicle. He was really great at eva I just bought vehicle from Imi Merali and I had great experience. Imi found exact options I being looking for in a vehicle. He was really great at evaluating my needs and things that important to me to have in the vehicle and was steering me away from options I didn’t like. As a sales person he being able to locate exact options I being looking for to single detail which is rare to have in stock unless it is a factory ordered. He also smoothly transitioned me through the whole sale until the end and I’m really grateful for that since I had some communication issues with Finance department. I also would like to thank sales people Eden Donahue and Lyle Bessette for their wonderful suggestions. Also Sheldon in Service was absolutely amazing in searching deals for rims and winter tires. I was impressed. By using Sheldon’s expertise I probably saved at least $500.00 or more and still got top of the line winter tires and rims I wanted. More
