We went in with no intention to make a fast purchase and wanted to look at all of our options. We sat down with Whitroy and I must say he was a pleasure to deal with. We were able to discuss our needs and wants out of the vehicle and he was able to put us into certain vehicles that aligned with exactly what we wanted. There was never an ounce of pressure to buy something bigger or fancier. We found a vehicle we liked, worked with the Great West team to come to an agreement on the purchase and after taking the night to sleep on it, we made our purchase!! I must say that Whitroy played a very large part in our decision to purchase our vehicle from Great West, the relationship we created gave us the confidence to trust him with the purchase of our vehicle. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was looking at trading in my 2014 FORD Escape and was pointed into Shawn's direction by a family member. Shawn kept me informed on everything happe I was looking at trading in my 2014 FORD Escape and was pointed into Shawn's direction by a family member. Shawn kept me informed on everything happening with my purchase, I never felt as though I was being "played" he was truthful about all aspects of the vehicles I was looking at. I was able to decide on a 2017 JEEP Compass North with all the options I needed. Once the deal was finalized and I went to the dealership (I live 3 hours from Edmonton) and met Shawn and Phil, I was equally impressed with how smooth and fast the whole process was.
