They didn't have the one I wanted, but managed to have it delivered from Calgary on very short notice as I was in a hurry to make the purchase before moving back to Toronto. Overall, they helped me out with every step of the way from finding a car to securing a loan with very little effort. They are great at what they do. More

We never felt pushed or under pressure. Eden went out of her way to make sure we were informed and understood what we were buying. When the time came for the haggling we were sent to Bjorn the New car manager. It worked well and I love to haggle, at the end he took me for $200.00 more than I wanted to spend but what you gonna do. Once that was done we were back with Eden where we finished the deal. The vehicle was not to Eden's satisfaction so it was sent back to be cleaned and polished. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who did the final detailing but he was great. We are completely satisfied and happy with our 2017 Jeep Trailhawk. We would go back to Great West again in a blink. Well done and thank you very much. Dale and Holly Hycha More

Service ripoff Took my Dodge journey in for diagnostics with a clicking sound in the engine. They alled back six hours later saying would cost $900 to fix it. I declined the repairs and asked when it would be ready, and when I went to pick it up they gone on ahead with repairs anyway doing a bunch of work that was totally unnecessary. Ended up paying $400 for diagnostics and some unecessary parts. Took vehicle to stony plain Chrysler the very next week, and they found the problem and diagnosed it and fixed Underwarranty. GWC service department was abusive, arrogant, and had the gall to threaten to withhold my warranty due to a dirty air filter if I didn't pay More

Bait and switch sales techniques Was searching for a new car, I had an offer on paper from a salesman at GWC for a vehicle and got a written offer for that vehicle for $140 biweekly. It was missing a few items, so I got an email that night from the salesman stating they found the car that had everything I needed for about the same "140ish" bi weekly. I phoned the next day to confirm the email price and availability, and was told it was still there. When I got there they tried to switch me on to a more expensive car which I declined and when I gave them the deposit to buy the car, they came back and said oh sorry it's $179 biweekly not 140 Tried to rip me off for over 6000 more than what the email promised More

Friendliest Sales Team You'll Ever Meet We booked our test drive online just as we were leaving home and Shawn had called us and had it pulled up just as we got to the dealership (within 10 We booked our test drive online just as we were leaving home and Shawn had called us and had it pulled up just as we got to the dealership (within 10 minutes!) - we didn't have to wait for anything! Not only that but just dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. I was nervous off the start but the friendly and laid back, but highly knowledgable, attitude put something I was sure was going to be a stressful day into an amazing one. Not only did I get the vehicle I came in for, but I drove it home THAT DAY! And I didn't go home with a single regret or feeling that I was taken advantage of in the slightest, Shawn and Phil did everything possible to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the deal and that my trade-in was taken as fair as possible. Also on the way was asking about a second pick up as I had an specialist apoint that I did not want to cancel if I did not have to.. I was quite Ridley told one pick up only( one drop only) so ok now I know but you did not have to be so rude in telling me!! Where is the nice driver!! That I experianced last time??
