Not only that but just dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. I was nervous off the start but the friendly and laid back, but highly knowledgable, attitude put something I was sure was going to be a stressful day into an amazing one. Not only did I get the vehicle I came in for, but I drove it home THAT DAY! I was immediately greeted by a friendly and well informed sales person named Arthur Cuncannon. He worked hard to help sell me a vehicle that fitted both my family's needs and my price range. He was not pushy at any time, and went at MY pace. Not once did I feel pushed into making a deal, and was shown several models of vehicles. I unfortunately had come to this dealership after getting a WAY overblown trade in quote on my vehicle that was from by a nearby Mitsubishi dealership.... and did not have as much to work with on a trade in. ( they misquoted me by 4K) This is where Eric Prociuk came in. A very qualified and friendly financial/ loans expert at G.W. He looked into several loan terms and interest rates from several lenders and found one that even beat the interest rate offered by my bank. My bank uses credit reports and the transaction data from my account with them to determine loan rates for me... usually always under what any body else offers... and Eric bet them for the first time ever !! I would go to this dealership again in an instant. Especially if I am able to deal with these two employee's again. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family. More
