2018 Jeep Compass Sport 4x4 I had been researching vehicles for months and had gone to a few dealerships that left me feeling quite untrusting. I got in contact with Eden via th I had been researching vehicles for months and had gone to a few dealerships that left me feeling quite untrusting. I got in contact with Eden via the Internet and finally met with her on September 11 to place a factory order. She was accommodating and put up with my questions, suspicions and untrusting view point and gave me a relatively pain free experience. She was truly a pleasure to deal with. I picked up my Compass on October 16. The sales experience was stellar, and the financing guy, Mike Huffman, was amiable and fun to deal with. These two impressed me with their professionalism and friendly personalities. On pick up day, I was so excited, I didn’t really take the time to check out the vehicle. After getting it home I noted dust and dirt smudges on the interior, and smudged swirl marks on the glass (interior), along with smudges on the glass and paint on the exterior. The Compass could have definitely been better prepped for pick up. All in all, I had a terrific experience with Eden and Mike and the sales process and would definitely recommend them. The detailers, on the other hand, need to up their game to match up. More
