You will never find greater service!! I had made a couple appointments that I ended up having to cancel last minute due to my crazy work schedule. Shawn was very understanding every time a I had made a couple appointments that I ended up having to cancel last minute due to my crazy work schedule. Shawn was very understanding every time and gave me the option to show up without an appointment when I had the time available. After almost two weeks I finally made it in on Sunday and he dedicated his ENTIRE afternoon with only 15 minutes notice to help me find the perfect truck. Unlike most salesmen he spent the first half hour getting to know my self and my brother and tell us about him self. It was great, right away I felt comfortable and felt like he actually cared about his customer. From there he asked me what kind of truck I was looking for what features I was looking for, and my budget and he actually took the time to write ALL this down. From there he showed me what he had that was within my price range and had the majority of the features I was looking for. I never once tried showing me a truck that was out of my price range. He was actually able to get me into the PERFECT truck that was almost 14000.00 LESS than I thought I was going to have to spend. ( & that was with adding the features that I wanted that the truck didn't have and ALL my warranties ). He new from the moment I walked in that I had never driven a truck before & before our test drive and during he did everything in his power to make sure that I was comfortable driving & felt safe. I was absolutely blown away with the service I was given especially on such short notice. I had previously ( within the last two months ) looked at two different dealerships and walked out before even requesting a test drive because the salesman payed zero attention to what I wanted and kept pushing me towards the most expensive vehicle that I had no interest in. Shawn knew from the moment I walked in that I knew absolutely nothing about trucks and never once tried taking that to his advantage and I will be forever grateful. All my friends, family and co-workers are absolutely blown away with the amazing deal I got & how STRESS FREE the entire process was. I also had the pleasure with working with Sal ( from finance ) and his partner & they made sure I fully understood everything financially. THEY EVEN REGISTERED MY TRUCK FOR ME! I was beginning to accept the fact that all salesman were the same & only cared about the dollar. Boy, was I ever wrong. Don't waste your time on anyone else. You will never find anyone like Shawn.
