He has a great sense of humour and puts you at ease when going through what can be a very stressful procedure. He at no time puts you under pressure to "make a deal". He would rather have a satisfied customer who is happy with the product and overall experience than to force a sale on someone and have a customer who is unhappy and reluctant.
