Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Mind blown I have a chronic illness. I’m addicted to buying new cars. This is the 6th new car I have purchased in 15 years! This is the only time I have never f I have a chronic illness. They somehow got me into the Jeep if my dreams with out me having to dicker. They were patient and understanding when I was being a crazy person. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle. They wanted to sell me a car with out ripping me off. Sal in finance was honest about what “extras” were worth it and which weren’t. I actually didn’t even plan on buying a car at all. I was doing research for a car I planned to buy in the next year or 2. I somehow left with a new vehicle with out feeling ripped off or like I had sold my soul. Eden and the entire team worked together, they were professional and they were really fun. I especially liked that the sales manager sat down with me and eden and she wasn’t running back and forth from the sales office. I spoke to Roy face to face and he worked with us. Very happy. I will be referring everyone I know and I will absolutely be returning (well maybe not because I found my forever true love jeep :) More

Don't go to this dealership! I called this dealership looking to trade in my car for a truck or van/SUV. I had been to a few other dealerships before hand who were unable to help I called this dealership looking to trade in my car for a truck or van/SUV. I had been to a few other dealerships before hand who were unable to help in keeping the payments where I needed them to be due to negative equity on my car. So I didn't want to commute if great west Chrysler couldn't do it either. I spoke with a salesman Shawn Shute, he guaranteed they would be able to do it and invited had me come into the dealership. When I met with Shawn he made a point to tell me how great of a salesman he is and how many vehicles he had sold that day and he showed me all of his reviews on this site about how great he is... After going over everything and pulling my husbands credit it was determined that he could not keep the payments where we needed them to be either. Apparently because of his credit score, he also warned that other dealerships (if we went elsewhere) would probably run my husbands credit a bunch of times to different banks but made a point to say that great west Chrysler doesn't do that (which I thought was weird that this even had to be mentioned). We discussed other options with Shawn as we were serious about purchasing a vehicle, he said he was going to speak with a few managers and see what could be done. At this point, I believe he knew there was nothing they could do to keep the payments where we needed them but decided to string us along anyways continuing to say they had different ideas and solutions and that they would call us back. No one ever called us back and I got tired of chasing them down to speak with. Again, not really a big deal, however when I later looked over my credit report I noticed that they pulled our credit 7 different times, bringing our credit score down to make it so that the score was too low to purchase a vehicle any where else. This was unnessecary and they didn't have permission to do it. So unless you can afford those hits on your credit do not visit this dealership. More

Shawn is an enthusiastic salesperson who obviously enjoys his profession and who was very easy to deal with. He has a great sense of humour and puts you at ease when going through what can be a very stressful procedure. He at no time puts you under pressure to "make a deal". He would rather have a satisfied customer who is happy with the product and overall experience than to force a sale on someone and have a customer who is unhappy and reluctant. My trade in was valued right where I expected it to be. I would 100% consider returning to this dealership in the future. More
