Incorrect Diagnostic I brought my Chrysler into the dealership because me heat was not working properly and I asked them to do a diagnostic and let me know what was wrong I brought my Chrysler into the dealership because me heat was not working properly and I asked them to do a diagnostic and let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. They said that the problem was with the heater core and that it would have to be replaced. They quoted me almost $1800 including parts and labor to fix it so I told them I would take my car somewhere else to get another quote. I took it to another mechanic and they told me that the heater core was in fact not the problem and all that needed to be done was a coolant and heater core flush. The cost for this was $367 instead of the $1800 that Chrysler quoted me. I am very disappointed that the people who should be the experts could be so misleading and incorrect in their diagnosis. I will NEVER go back or recommend that anyone else go here. More

We were able to negotiate with him and get appropriate value for our trade in and he was able to give us some great discounts off the regular price of the vehicle. This is our second vehicle purchased from Great West Chrysler and our experience both times with the staff has been great.
