Great service and wonderful staff I brought my Journey in for some Warranty work and that's when I met Crocodile Lyle. He is a very nice man who wasn't a pushy salesman. Excellent, low pressure, very satisfied I walked into this dealership looking for a used 2017 Sahara Jeep Wrangler but after Eden (Internet Manager) suggested taking a Cherokee Trailhawk for I walked into this dealership looking for a used 2017 Sahara Jeep Wrangler but after Eden (Internet Manager) suggested taking a Cherokee Trailhawk for a day to test drive it suited my needs. When we had a snowstorm on Jan 26, 2018 that I don’t think most non lifted 4x4 trucks would of made it through my Trailhawk made it on the gravel back roads by Gibbons Redwater area and it handled awesome. It went through 2 feet high snowdrifts no problem! Amazing! BTW My other vehicle is a 1 ton 4x4 and I got tired of the diesel fuel charges and expensive oil changes. More

He reviewed my situation regarding my Trade in and we discussed many options and packages in relation to payments and rates. While I had zero intentions of actually buying anything I found the Hyper Green Renegade was perfect in every way for me. I received an amazing trade in offer, more rebates than I had heard about, and Shawn made the entire process smooth and efficient. Will absolutely come to Shawn for my next vehicle..... but that might not be for a little while as Marv the Hyper green Martian and I are having a greta time bombing through the fresh new powder!!. When we processed everything all at once, they told me and my family that the truck will be ready altogether with everything that we ordered for accesories by Tuesday. When i got the truck, side steps were missing and even the rubber floor mats too. Good thing they were able to give us alternative ways to deal with this issue. Andy your a gem! I have just purchased my 6th vehicle from GreatWest Chrysler. As my last car was deemed a total loss I had to find the perfect fit without having to t I have just purchased my 6th vehicle from GreatWest Chrysler. As my last car was deemed a total loss I had to find the perfect fit without having to test drive for weeks. Andy Savoury asked me a few questions to determine what I prefer to drive. He immediately took me to see the car he thought would best suit my preferences. It took only a short test drive for me to decide that Andy was correct the first time. This is the Chrysler 200 I took possession of yesterday. Andy took me on a walk around to explain all the features and new technology put into my new wheels. He then sat in the passenger seat and went through all the technology inside including setting up the multimedia options to my personal preferences. Andy was available at anytime I chose to drop in to the dealership and ensured my car was put in the shop for its mechanical inspection, the complete vehicle protection package was applied immediately and the car was given to me as clean as clean can get and smelling like it just came out of the factory. Andy made my purchase as easy as possible and coordinated the other departments i needed To visit all without waiting time. Thank you Andy. I do not have the same opinion about the lame promotion I was forced to have to listen to prior to doing business with Andy. I was taken to a table at the front door and sat across from John. An overpaid, probably corporate affiliated talker. I had heard his ‘preferred customer promo before. It did nothing for me the last time I bought at GWC and it was a repeat. I left his ‘booth’ feeling like I was being conned. It is no promo just a scam and lip service. Maybe I was wrong, it is the perfect job for John. I also learned that I have a smart phone and should record the conversation I have with the financial department. The contract is more forused on selling extended warranty than explaining the costs and financing clearly. It is a lot of information to take in at once and there were some things about the financing that I do not believe were not explained precisely or I did not understand. I would have preferred to be able to listen to the words exchanged again if I had recorded the session, Thank you to Andy for your expertise. Your not the typical car salesman - you know your products very well and clearly know your job answering any questions I asked. You treated me like I was more than just someone looking to buy a car. It was you that make my new car purchase a pleasant experience. More
