Wes is the Best! Started looking and comparing SUV's and although I absolutely loved the Cherokee Trailhawk I wasn't sure I'd be able to be a proud owner of one. Right from the beginning Wes was super friendly and personable. Easy to talk to and shared my love for the Jeep! Long story short I drove my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk home today and I couldn't be happier. New start and new vehicle. It's perfect and the team at Great West Chrysler made it happen. I have to say I was impressed with my initial experience of my service tech (I unfortunately forget her name) that spoke to me after I dropped in with my 10 year old Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had mentioned I wanted to take a look around the showroom and she connected me with an experienced individual on the sales floor. My experience with Lyle (A wonderful solutions-orientated salesperson) and Phil (A down-to-earth financing guru) was excellent. Lyle found a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL that fit my needs and he understood I still had about a year left to finish my degree. Lyle worked out pricing that could best support (Although I understand I choose a premium vehicle to purchase) and even corrected an error in pricing after a miscommunication between us. They offered to correct the issue in miscommunication, wish I appreciated. I picked up the jeep about 4 days after my initial signing of the papers and so far over the first day, I can say I am very pleased. All the best to those 3 individuals.
