GWC lacks integrity, accountability, honesty, professionalism, and everyone involved in this incident has no moral compass. On October 16, 2023, I took my Jeep to GWC for Winter Road Special and professionalism, and everyone involved in this incident has no moral compass. On October 16, 2023, I took my Jeep to GWC for Winter Road Special and servicing that was due. GWC never considered that a female would check the servicing requests for completion after being charged for them. 1. The oil was not changed as requested. 2. The brake fluid was not changed as requested. 3. It is unknown if GWC completed the Major Fuel Service as requested. 4. In the spring it will be known if the transmission filter was changed. After checking the oil the next morning and noting it to be dirty, all trust was gone with GWC. I did receive a full refund from the servicing invoice, but they refused to answer emails and compensate me for the 2 extra days I could not book shifts at work. Leduc Chrysler confirmed the brake fluid and the oil had not been recently changed at the servicing appointment at GWC. How childish and guilt ridden for David Elgie, Grant Steil, Vernon Arthurs, and Meighan Kanak to not reply to emails and not compensate a customer after putting their "ex-customer's" vehicle and safety at risk. If you have to take your vehicle to GWC, please check that the servicing was completed as requested for your safety. More

1. Took 2019 Ram 1500 in for check engine light. (Extended warranty was purchased at sale.) Told we would have to pay a diagnostic fee. Advisor was told Took 2019 Ram 1500 in for check engine light. Few days later husband was called stating the truck was ready for pick up. Picked up and done...you would think. I was called a couple weeks later, from an advisor, leading with you have an outstanding amount for a diagnostic fee. She then proceeded to inform me that they couldn't find my keys and that my truck was missing from their lot. I responded first there was no diagnostic fee as the check engine light was on. I furthered to tell the advisor that we have the truck as my husband had picked the truck after being called. At one point we were told that they found nothing then we were told it was a 6th cylinder misfire. 2. We have taken in the truck for the engine ticking sound. The plan was to replace both manifolds. The passenger side was replaced after MONTHS of waiting because they wanted to both at the same time. They said the parts were in, THEN they only did the passenger side. A month later the ticking sound is now coming from the driver side, now we are waiting another 2 months + for the driver side to be replaced. 3. Spouse is washing truck. Notices water in the back seat. We take it in to discover that there are 2 cracks in the frame of the rearview slider window . Apparently this is covered under the original warranty but not under the extended warranty. We were quoted to fix it for $1700.00. It is a well known issue, yet no one wants to take responsibility for this manufacturer defect. This is a structural and safety issue, Bernie was abrupt in educating me that extended warranty is not warranty but an extension of service. He provided a customer care number for FCA. I don't want excuses. Called our sales person as he should be advocating for us. No return call. Spoke with another sales person, who called me about a lead, told him the story too and again no follow up. There will no longer be any referrals. Give me a reason to remain a customer, cause right now I am at a loss. More
