Completely unaware of what customer service is. I made the mistake of taking my vehicle here to be repaired and cleaned up after it had been stolen. They never met any deadlines they mentioned. They I made the mistake of taking my vehicle here to be repaired and cleaned up after it had been stolen. They never met any deadlines they mentioned. They tried to scam me into getting unneeded repairs done. Did mot complete the repairs they billed insurance for and refused to fix their mistakes. Staff tried to talk to my wife instead of me because it was obvious they would try to persuade her to make the wrong decisions regarding the vehicle. My worst experience EVER at any dealership anywhere in Canada. I really have no idea why GM allows them to sell or service their vehicles. I cannot, in good conscience, let anybody I know ever go there for any reason. More

Fair warning to all, if you share an opinion about this dealership you might just get told not to come back.
