Terri has lots of patience and never pressured me gave all the facts did comparisons between the two suvs I was struggling with that I liked.. she had experiences that she probably wouldn’t have had with all the facts did comparisons between the two suvs I was struggling with that I liked.. she had experiences that she probably wouldn’t have had with other customers ..she never knew what was going to happen when I showed up ..small adventurers lol. I feel her more as a friend than a sales person.. started looking for a new suv in the winter to see how it handles then in spring I would know what I wanted.. Terri was there through it all and still is!! Thank you in helping me in my purchase of my new cross sport R-line Atlas!! I just wished it washed its self lol More

I am very disappointed with the service. I bought a used car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up af car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up after winter. No problem the technician told me, took photos and promised to call me a week later. That was in mid April. I finally called again mid June. He hadn’t done anything and promised to get right on it and call back the next day. End of June I called the service manager. He told me he would talk to the guy the very next day and call me back the afternoon of that day. It’s now mid July and I haven’t heard a word. Sorry guys but this looks a lot like a pattern to me. More
