I was greeted immediately upon arriving to the dealership and was offered a wide array of purchase options that effectively matched my needs and my budget. I felt as Brad really took his time to listen to my personal preferences and current needs in terms of purchasing a new car—it is a big decision. He offered a test drive and provided me with professional advice related to the car of my interest. He then reviewed other options and finally I was able to decide to buy a car I really wanted- Volkswagen Passat. James who is in charge of the financing component ensured that I was aware of all the procedures involved in the process of buying a new car- it was my first time.
