Top notch customer service I really appreciated how far they went out of there way to help me. I wanted to get into a new car and my car was in the shop at another dealer. Jessi I really appreciated how far they went out of there way to help me. I wanted to get into a new car and my car was in the shop at another dealer. Great Experience At GP Volkswagen After having my old car accidentally ran into I was forced to start looking for a new vehicle and was not very happy about it! I did some research and came to the Volkswagen dealership after being recommended to see Brad Malcolm by my brother. I had told Brad what I was looking for and he jumped right to work trying to find me the perfect vehicle. Brad was extremely wonderful to work with as he was cheerful, knowledgeable and very honest. He showed me specific safety concerns he had with the vehicles I had previously researched and found a vehicle he thought would be a perfect fit. He was very professional and found something that was exactly what I was looking for within my price range. After deciding that the vehicle Brad pulled for me was the vehicle I was going to buy I then was set up with Dustin Gage in financial. He too was extremely caring and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about being a first time new car buyer. Both employees were very invested in my car buying process and aimed to get me driving a vehicle I would be happy with. I am extremely happy with my new car and impressed that only a few short weeks after buying my new vehicle I have already received a check up call from Brad making sure I was still happy with the car and everything was going smoothly.
