Then he inquired about trading in our broken bug and our gmc terrain. Within a few short days, we were driving home with 2 vehicles at a price we could afford! They were so fast and efficient! We found out at 4 pm that we had the financing for the vehicles and they stayed late just for us to complete the transaction! I even forgot some of the important paperwork at home...45 minutes away! And yet they were still had patience with us! More

When I couldn't find rides, they'd make sure to get me there AND get me to work on time. And beyond that, I absolutely ADORE the car I got! Great dealership I love my VW and the dealer here in GP is top notch. I stopped in because my power source (cigarette lighter) wasn't working but to my surprise there I love my VW and the dealer here in GP is top notch. I stopped in because my power source (cigarette lighter) wasn't working but to my surprise there is no description of the fuses. Are you kidding me! All was not lost as the parts guy came out to my car, found the broken fuse and replaced it no charge. I love my VW dealership! More

Above and Beyond My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time for my first car, and after brief research we decided a Jetta would be the way to go. We then chose standard, for it is slightly less expensive, and the fuel economy is better. We live in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and do not have a Volkswagen dealership. The nearest one was Grande Prairie. Over the course of a month, through minimal emails and phone calls, we worked together and the process of picking the colour to purchasing was smooth. Upon arriving in town to pick up the vehicle, while mom signed the papers, Robin walked me through the safety features and navigation of my car. He then offered to teach me standard with his day off. We spent 3-4 hours together on a rainy Sunday driving around Grande Prairie-- one hour of which was repeatedly going up and down the same hill. He is a phenomenal teacher, at the end of my first day I feel more comfortable driving than I thought I would. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the purchasing the car to driving it off of the lot (and beyond), my mom and I were taken care of. More
