Dealership went above and beyond to address concerns The sunroof on my 2015 GTI exploded while hwy driving. VW Canada refused to cover the warranty. The dealership went above and beyond to address my safety concerns by going beyond the basic re-installation of a new sunroof, and actually had the new glass 3M taped. Further to that, they fully detailed my car to ensure no glass was left. While I was disappointed with VW Canada service, GP volkswagen service was OUTSTANDING. Thank you! More
