Waisted my time calling asking me about a vehicle I was selling a week before I was able to come in and waited till the day before to ask her manager if they would be interested in buying it and found out selling a week before I was able to come in and waited till the day before to ask her manager if they would be interested in buying it and found out that they did not want it but rather than letting me know that she waited till I drove to the dealership the next day to even tell me this. Totally waiting ppls time. The dealership is all the same, it was like the next day another sales person was sending me messages about my same vehicle and I had to tell them also to xxxx off and should communicate and stop wasting ppls time. Had my Subaru in for service recently and the service team was great as always. Tyler always goes above and beyond. I had such an amazing experience last time with Ashlee and Alex and sadly was let down this time dealing with manager, Denvor. Seriously need to think about if I wish to purchase again from this dealer. It was the exact opposite from my first experience and this unorganized, condescending man is the reason salesman get a bad name. If I do come back for sales I will only be dealing with my sales people and Ashlee. More
