The requests I made to have the vehicle ready before I flew in were all met, and the staff was there to welcome me and made arrangements for everything. They knew a lot about how to register the vehicle in B.C., and even helped me get the binder policy to insure it until I was able to get insurance. Everyone always responded to me promptly and respectfully, and I met the entire team, including the service team, before leaving. It is not easy to move to a new area to begin a new life, but this dealer understood what that meant, and went above and beyond to ensure I was in good hands and had a safe vehicle for a northern climate. I'd highly recommend this dealer for your next purchase. More

This was very good as not to have to deal with that one where the sales guy will not leave the doors to come greet you while you are looking in the car windows. He also took the time to show us the features of each vehicle, made sure we were comfortable and always made sure my coffee cup was top up. Anyone looking for a new car, I recommend GP Subaru for the friendly guys, the access to other vehicles and the outstanding service from looking to purchasing your next vehicle. More

We sat down and went through every detail as to what I wanted and how it would fit into my budget. Andy is very sociable and easy to talk with! He made my vehicle purchase enjoyable. He helped me set my phone to the Bluetooth and went through all of the controls before I drove off the lot. I couldn't have had a better sales rep! Ted was very helpful with the financing, he helped me find the best route to take. We could have sat and talked with him all day! He is a wonderful person to deal with. Pleasurable Experience I am extremely pleased with my recent car buying experience. I met two outstanding people at the Suibaru dealership, Tracey Brown, an awesome, friendly ,patient and knowledgeable sales associate and Jay Leybourne , the service manager, who was very pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me the feeling that he would be honest and trustworthy in his dealings with customers. I was looking for a small SUV or crossover but had no particular brand or model in mind. I had read great things about Subaru so started my quest there. Tracey showed me a couple of different models and we test drove them a couple of times. I also wanted to try out Nissan and Hyundai and was thrilled that Tracey was able to show me these as well.
