I wasn't disappointed at all, considering how remote we are, we've went through the whole process with Shaelynn over the phone and through emails and she even picked up us at the airport to get our new Forester on a late foggy Saturday afternoon after multiple flight delays to get to Grande Prairie. Ted got us some very good pricing and options for slightly less than a Ford Escape here in YK. Very happy with service! More

I called everyday to receive questionable service and no straight answer on the status of my approval. The few times i did receive updates it was thought the sales girls boyfriend and rarely directly to me. The experience left me feeling scammed. I would not recommnd this dealership to anyone. More
