They all do the best possible with what they have available to them. They even gave me a chance to go to Tim Horton's for my morning coffee so I decided to bring back a 12 to go to show my appreciation in getting me in for service and getting everything done that day. FANTASTIC SERVICE!! I just had my vehicle serviced yesterday and the girls in the quick lube were so great! Outstanding service I'm not from grande prairie so I was hesitant to just go to any old shop, went to Nissan and was treated amazingly! Hit and miss It's hit and miss here. The customer service people are friendly, but often don't call you when they say they will. I've waited for the service depart It's hit and miss here. The customer service people are friendly, but often don't call you when they say they will. I've waited for the service department to call me back several times but I'm always having to have to follow up. Most recently, my vehicle was ready for pick up but sat there for five days before I finally called them. The only time they do call me is to try and get me to "upgrade" my vehicle, even though I've asked them several times to stop doing that. They were even calling my work number and it was really frustrating. It's unfortunate they are the only Nissan dealership in town because otherwise I would try another place. I love my Nissan, but not this dealership in particular. More
