The Best in Service I would like to say that this visit with Kyla and Elaine was more than I anticipated. My daughter and I had some issues with her Nissan XTerra. We wen I would like to say that this visit with Kyla and Elaine was more than I anticipated. My daughter and I had some issues with her Nissan XTerra. We went in and received above and beyond service and help. Before they did anything, they contacted us first for approval. They let us know that certain things needed to be done. Their way of communication is awesome. I am so pleased with their service and people skills, that I would recommend this Service Department to other people even if they didnt have a Nissan. More

Service/oil change I have been a frequent costomer for about 3 years with nissan since i bought my first and only brand new car. Im quite picky when it comes to big expe I have been a frequent costomer for about 3 years with nissan since i bought my first and only brand new car. Im quite picky when it comes to big expenses as i want the best. At the beggining the service technicians would always ask me what oil i wanted in my car. The first or second service i asked for synthetic, everytime after that i asked for the same as last time, assuming they were putting in synthetic. Service technicians dont even ask me what i want anymore so i forget to ask if there is even anything i want. Safe bet is not to assume. Im not impressed by this outcome, whats done is done as i will let it go, but i want to be sure my car gets the best and only the best. More

I was able to get an appointment for the next day which was amazing. The service team was quick to diagnose issues with my vehicle and took care of everything. Kayla was very helpful, efficient and builds a great report with any customer walking through the door. She even got my car washed complimentary which was a super nice gesture. During my previous visit I was taken care of by Elaine who was also very thorough and definitely needs recognition for her hard work. Both girls and engeneers that fixed my car are great ambassadors to the company. It's amazing to see such excellent customer service among employees of GP Nissan, they truly care about their customers. More
