Terrible service everytime I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times. My car is no longer on warrenty so I had to have the liftgate handle ordered in and pay for it myself. Nissan did not call me when the part came in. . When I opened the box there was a price sticker on the liftgate handle which showed I paid a 100% mark up. I had to take it to a bodyshop to have painted, I then took it to a 3rd party shop to have it put in for half the price Nissan quoted me. Now less than a year later the same thing is happening again. But will Nissan replace the part and install it. NO! They say I have to pay to have it painted and put in, they will only pay for the part. Terrible service! They also recommended I have other work done on my car, but when I took it to a 3rd party auto shop, I was told it didn't need the work done Nissan was claiming it needed. More

Meh at best. I bought a brand new vehicle from Nissan. The finance person didn't include installing the new tires I requested when buying. The service department I bought a brand new vehicle from Nissan. The finance person didn't include installing the new tires I requested when buying. The service department was busy and the attitudes showed that. Overall I felt like this dealership and service department makes me feel like I owe them, not that I am a valued customer. At this pointment I will take my vehicle else where for service and problems. More
battery terminal my battery terminal was corroded and Clint took off the old part, cleaned the battery terminals and installed the new part in less that 30 minutes. Had to go through the hassel of getting bank draft. If I did not have to leave for a trip next day, I probably would not buy the vehicle for the mistrust. Vehicle was sold with outdated navigation and the dealership does not provide upgrade. Rest is okay. The service technicians are mostly courteous. Francis and Clint gave me the best experience. More
