I am very sorry for the lack of care our employee had when placing the tires into your vehicle. I understand that you have been working with the Service Manager and your vehicle is booked in October 29th for full repairs at no cost to you. As discussed with the Service Manager, should the repairs not be to your satisfaction further measures will be taken. New Creation Upholstery will complete the required repairs.
