It was great to not be pressured like other salesmen have in the past. I kicked tires for months and on more than one occasion I think had Sheena convinced I was going to buy and didnt and even after bugging her about prices and vehicles over that time her attitude and professionalism didnt change! I was being picky and difficult and she was patient. She was extremely knowlegeable about every vehicle I had asked about and knew her Nissans in and out. Great Sales Team....but then came the paperwork My experince at GP Nissan was great, however, I would have rather dealt with one sales person that could show me the vehicles, as well as price them a My experince at GP Nissan was great, however, I would have rather dealt with one sales person that could show me the vehicles, as well as price them at the same time, not have to wait half an hour for a price. Once we decided on the Pathfinder that we wanted, the buying a new vehicle excitment died because I had to wait over an hour to even get into the office to do up the paperwork (thank goodness Ryan Graham offered his babyistting services to my 1 year old free of charge once I finally got into the office). They sent me home in my new Pathfinder with dealer plates that night, with the intention to register and insure the next day, however, they didn't provide me with any paperwork to do so. Luckily, Jeremy Budde was very quick at getting me the appropriate paperwork when I had called and asked for it. Also, it took GP Nissian over a month to credit back my depsoit onto my credit card which I would have expected back the same day of purchase. More

Best dealership experence ever! I've been to quite a few dealerships in town and in Calgary when I still lived there, and hands down our Nissan dealership has the best customer servi I've been to quite a few dealerships in town and in Calgary when I still lived there, and hands down our Nissan dealership has the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never go anywhere else! I had my salesperson, Chantelle, go out of her way to take me around town to check out multiple dealerships, and was amazing at answering my questions and concerns! She gave me her cell number so we could keep in constant contact, which was outstanding to me. We had to get a vehicle specially shipped into town for me because they didn't have the one I wanted, which they did in a very short amount of time, and had no problem doing it for me. Overall, I have no complaints, and will recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle! More
