She is very impressive I first met Chantelle in October when I first came in to look at possible getting a larger vehicle because I had my in-laws moving out with us, I real I first met Chantelle in October when I first came in to look at possible getting a larger vehicle because I had my in-laws moving out with us, I really wanted a 7 seated but not a VAN, Chantelle took me around everywhere within the GP Auto Group, she was very detailed and knew a lot about she crossovers/SUV’s I was very impressed as she said she was only a few months into the position. She gave me a number of options in different vehicles with regards to the interior and features. Then in December when my Rouge wasn’t getting warm enough for my liking, I came in again and visited her to get some price options on a Pathfinder, the new 2014 wasn’t on the lot at this time so I weighed out my options and decided to wait, although Chantelle took me around and let me test drive a Platinum addition, even though that was a vehicle I could not see myself getting into because of price range. Now in April I venture back to Nissan and walk in and who do I see smiling at me is Chantelle, her first response was you’re here to drive the Pathfinder again aren’t you, she understood how much I wanted this vehicle and stated to me that 3rd time is the charm. We drove it on the highway and in the city, she even suggested that we drive it to my house and test the car seat out in it as she knew that was one of my main concerns with my Rouge that there wasn’t much space between the passenger seat and the car seat behind. Then on the next day we test drove again and went to show my husband who was just getting off night shift and was unable to come down to the dealership with me so Chantelle and I brought the SUV to him, her idea. Exceptional customer services day after day from this amazing young woman. So on the final day, when I came in to make a decision on signing the papers or not, Chantelle had this brand new shinny washed vehicle parked in the front for me to have one last look at, Decision was made I was going to purchase a Pathfinder. After the purchase she connected my phone for me after we both had quite the chuckle when I yelled into the dash for my Bluetooth to hear me then Chantelle politely said, “ Tara the mic is up here above your head…” she showed me all the features and specs about my new purchase and even took a snap with me with my new ride. Hands Down Great Customer Service Being a VIP Oil Change customer I get to see Mandy’s cheerful face often, but this one frosty November morning in 2013 when my heater decided not to b Being a VIP Oil Change customer I get to see Mandy’s cheerful face often, but this one frosty November morning in 2013 when my heater decided not to blow warm air, well lets say Mandy’s face was the only one smiling, as I bundled my little 1 year old up in my crossover and covered him with blankets and brought him to daycare I then proceeded to go to Nissan Dealership to get this heater checked out, not even having a appointment, Mandy took me on in, booked in my car and arranged a shuttle for me, her customer services goes above and beyond in this dealership and I am very lucky to have her smiley face to calm me down on a -40 winter morning. The shuttle was a few minutes late and Mandy called several times making point that I had to be to work by 8am, thank you Mandy for all your hard work and pure kindness you show your customers like me ? More
