Nissan Juke I had an excellent experience purchasing my first car, a 2014 Juke, from Grande Prairie Nissan this week. Before even arriving in Grande Prairie, Jaso I had an excellent experience purchasing my first car, a 2014 Juke, from Grande Prairie Nissan this week. Before even arriving in Grande Prairie, Jason provided me with information regarding the Juke, and quickly e-mailed me answers to the many questions I had while I was travelling across the country. From the time I walked into Nissan to the moment I drove away in my new car, I received excellent customer service from Jason and all other staff members. Throughout the process Jason was very knowledgeable about the Juke, and was patient while I took the time to make a decision. Even after the purchase was made I received a follow up e-mail that included Juke-related links to check out! Exceptional Customer Service I was impressed with the short turnaround on my credit app, and the process as a whole. They even had a jungle gym for my son to play on while I wait I was impressed with the short turnaround on my credit app, and the process as a whole. They even had a jungle gym for my son to play on while I waited. To top it off, they saved me when a man pulled me over for an unreasonable citizens arrest because I had no license plate, while I was in transit. I called the dealer and they came to straighten things up with him, which, in my mind, was above and beyond any customer service I could have asked for. Thanks Grand Prairie Nissan! More
