Titan pro-4x Traded my 2011 frontier for a 2014 Titan.. I almost regretted trading  it in because it was such an amazing truck and never let me down. However only Traded my 2011 frontier for a 2014 Titan.. I almost regretted trading  it in because it was such an amazing truck and never let me down. However only a day in the titan and I knew I wouldn't be let down. And given the obstacles, the guys at Nissan didn't back down and got me the deal I wanted for the truck I wanted. Great experience! We had to come in to get some work done and I'll admit, with two little ones I was dreading it a bit haha. But when we got there Rita J was so welcom We had to come in to get some work done and I'll admit, with two little ones I was dreading it a bit haha. But when we got there Rita J was so welcoming and lovely! She showed us over to the kids play area, offered us coffee/tea. Overall made our experience wonderful, my 3 year old has been asking when we can go back to fix the truck lol. The work was done very quickly and the price was just right, we were in and out in no time. Nissan should be very proud of their excellent staff. I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give! More

Very unsatisfied!!! This dealership of the year award must be based on physical appearance only? Surely it can't be for customer service as this dealership is one of the worst I have ever encountered! Customer service is mediocre at its best. Bought a new vehicle from this place. They have been very unhelpful and sometimes rude when I have called regarding maintenance. Will be getting rid of my Nissan vehicle as soon as I possible can. Will be going to Ford or Chevy next time. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone and when my customers ask me about my new car I tell them how ripped off I feel! More
