This dealership and the employees are both wonderful to deal with! There is great communication between all levels of management and a great atmosphere. The sales reps are all friendly and very knowledgeab deal with! There is great communication between all levels of management and a great atmosphere. The sales reps are all friendly and very knowledgeable, and take the customers needs into consideration rather than the sale itself. They want to see you happy with your purchase and for you to drive away happy. My experience with Meaghan really has made an impact on how I view other dealerships. She is always positive, very open with what is happening and always considerate of what I am looking for. She is always available to answer any questions I have about any type of vehicle. Her timeliness in returning calls is wonderful as well. My next purchase will be made through Meaghan because I know I will get a vehicle I am happy with, I will know all of the details of the vehicle and I know I will receive 5 star customer service every step of the way. I am livid. I bought a brand new vehicle there last march, and have continuesly had minor issues everytime i need to deal with something- and adding a few minnor things up, it turns into a big thing. For Example: part of my purchase included 24 months of oil changes, 7 year waranty. I brought my car in last time- and they couldnt even be bothered to change the oil change sticker with the updated when its due next. This time around when it was due I had to have someone else bring my car in, as I couldnt afford to take the day off work. I called myself to book the appointment, confirmed that i still had the vip oil change package, and explained the issue about my USB port not charging my devices. The dealership charged me for the diagnostics of the USB (should have been part of customer service/warranty) and stated that Hyundai decives are not compatible with Apple products (maybe that is something they should mention to their customers???), I was also charged for the oil change, along with 40$ for a key fob battery...the key fob was given to me at purchase not functioning! This just states the most recent experience, so I am sure you can see why I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had my car in for it's 1st maintenance service. I also had a couple of warranty issues. Dawn had to open up a claim with Hyundai Canada to see if they would be covered, and I got the answer a few da also had a couple of warranty issues. I am extremely happy with the service Dawn provided me that day. I just wish that my warranty issues could have been dealt with that day instead of making another 5 hour (round trip) trip back to the dealer for this fix. More

Lindsay was wonderful to deal with open nad friendly finding me the answers i needed and clearly working as part of a team . she never answered with i dont know it was always i will find out. makes a bi finding me the answers i needed and clearly working as part of a team . she never answered with i dont know it was always i will find out. makes a big difference when you are on the other side of the counter. My only issue was the length of time it took to get my oil changed. This time lag had nothing to do with the wonderful service that Lindsay provided me, however, 95min is way to long Hyundai really needs to get a quick lube bay. I can go to Chrysler but it would be debateable if there was a problem weather or not hyundai would honour warranty.
