Very frustrating oil change Made an appointment days ahead for a simple oil change for my brand new 2015 Hyundai. Dropped off my vehicle expecting a somewhat quick turn around c Made an appointment days ahead for a simple oil change for my brand new 2015 Hyundai. Dropped off my vehicle expecting a somewhat quick turn around considering I had booked time with them. This took 3 hours!! I was never offered a ride at that time - told them I would take a walk with my 2 young boys and dog and came back an hour 1/2 later thinking they would be almost done. Nope. Walked around the dealership and was never offered so much as a water while we waited. Meghan did offer a ride but at that point was not necessary anymore. So why get oil changed/maintenance there?? Also was quoted between 60-80 and was charged 108???? Never again! More
routine service and warranty repairs sales people like to put add ons to the bill of sale of new vehicles, examples like anti theft glass eching and nitrogen in tires which is a joke 70 % sales people like to put add ons to the bill of sale of new vehicles, examples like anti theft glass eching and nitrogen in tires which is a joke 70 % of the air you breath is nitrogen. always have to order parts required to do repairs never have any part in stock needed to do warranty repairs, and always find a way to scam you out of a courtesy car or rental which is apart of the warranty. as far as quality of work done, so far ok, except when doing services they are supposed to top up window washer fluid,(never do), try to up sell customer on things not needed or required, like doing services at early intervals, and trying to sell you filters when not dirty. service department needs to be more honest with the customer. try harder to treat the customer fair and make sure the customer gets what ever they are entitled to when it comes to courtesy cars and only do services needed and required. service consultant was awesome. this rating is based on dealer ship management practices. Dishonour to warranty & disreaspect to customers i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causin i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causing running problems and my main issue being the manual transmission in my car. I am on the second transmission now with only 11,000 Kms on the car and still needs attention. Hyundai keeps feeding me the story how everything I experience is 'normal'. So a normal Hyundai vehicle to expect would be, a sports car that doesn't behave how one should or even how the brochure makes it out to be. And a transmission that clunks and grinds worse than really old semi trucks I drive. But remember this is all normal. The brochure reads out how the genesis coupe has a newly designed transmission that's smooth up or down through the gears. Well I've yet to experience this rare occurance. The tech dealing with my car wouldn't look into anything further than his IPad so I tried doing my own research being mechanically inclined and he laughed in my face when trying to figure out any possibilities for cause of these issues. And now I'm being charged diagnostic fees because they 'cannot find anything wrong'. But when I review the 20 minutes of video off my GoPro camera I can hear the tech driving the car extremely pitifully as if he is trying to prevent reoccurrences of my issues. And when I question this driving I get back peddling and told I'm not allowed to ask this tech any questions. So now I'm having to waste for of my time to come in to speak with the managers and probably get nowhere yet again.i will never buy another Hyundai or deal with this 'Auto Group' ever again, needless to say. This was my first new vehicle experience and it has been a train wreck since day one. More

Terrible service We took our 2006 Santa Fe in on a flat deck because it had died on the side of the road and would not start. We where told that they would take 1/2 an hour to try and diagnose it and if they needed more time they would call and let us know. When we got the diagnosis for it, it had everything that was wrong with the vehicle from crack in the windshield to shocks but not what the engine problem was and charged us three times more, when I went to talk to them about it they told me we couldn't have thought that it would only take half an hour to diagnose a problem like that and we had to pay the bill, when I asked to talk to the manager he was not in and would get back to me. It has been two weeks and we have not heard from him. Although we did work with Meaghan as we where going to look at trading our vehicle in and she was great but after what happened with the service department and how we where treated we decided to go else where. We also received phone call survey from Hyundai when I told them I was in debt about our bill they promptly told me they where sorry and hung up. All in all very unimpressed, glad we got rid of our Hyundai and now own a chevy who have been fabulous from the trade in for our none working hyundai to getting us into a great new vehicle. More

This revealed a few issues including some that were costly, but I was then offered a protection insurance plan that would take care of power-train problems including those found in the recent inspection. As the vehicle had not cost a lot to buy, the insurance seems a reasonable investment, as well as the 3-year oil change add-on program. The staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, while exhibiting NO annoying sales pressure. It is so nice to deal with a company with trained, pleasant employees. More
